Levelr is an AI accountability coach in private beta. This policy explains what we collect now, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

Waitlist data

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, your name if you choose to leave it, and any optional answers you provide about what you want help with or which platform you prefer.

We also store a small amount of technical metadata with each signup, including the signup source you submitted, the referring page if one is provided by your browser, your browser user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address. We use that hashed IP to rate-limit spam and investigate abuse; we do not use it for ad targeting.

How we use waitlist data

• To send beta invites and meaningful product updates.
• To understand which accountability features and platforms people want most.
• To reduce spam, duplicate abuse, and automated signup flooding.

Product data during beta

Inside the app, Levelr may need the goals, tasks, habits, reminders, preferences, and coaching context you choose to add so it can help you plan and follow through. Call-style reminders and voice features are intended to be optional and configurable.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private planning content for ad targeting.

Your choices

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or request deletion of your waitlist data by emailing support@levelr.life.
